Reviews about ALDI

This location is always neat and clean. Aldi products (i.e. the brands they normally sell) are usually delicious and of high quality. I think they stopped selling foods with artificial color and trans fat, or something to that effect, you can look it up. Their canned solid white tuna is better than any other brand I have tasted. Also, they sell some pretty nice home/kitchen/bathroom items. They had a good deal on a charcoal barrel type grill over the summer (I think $70). Their Winking Owl brand of wine is the only brand under $3 (?!?!?!) that I find drinkable, and, it's actually a decent wine to wash down some Chinese and pizza with (the Merlot is my favorite but the cab and Shiraz are not bad either). I will usually buy three bottles for a two week period and not even spend $10. They have a large variety of other brands for less than $10 a bottle. They have a nice selection of beers as well at some savings. They sell almond milk for $1.99 and have apparently forced Walmart to come down from the close to $3 they were charging. Their chocolates are absolutely delicious...I am not a chocolate person but when I go I must get the plain dark chocolate bar, it melts in your mouth and is the creamiest mass produced dark chocolate I have ever tasted. It is a large size and less than $2. They do sell big packages of Splenda and Stevia here for less than $4, I have not seen similar size packages anywhere else for less than $6. Coconut oil, avocado oil, olive oil, mineral water similar to Pellegrino, spices, breads, meats, cheese, produce, coffee, pasta, sauces, detergents...everything. You can get four mini heads of artesenal lettuce for $1.99, at Ingles the same package/brand costs you $4. I guess you can tell, I like this place alot.
