  Not sure if this person was new or what but I bought a phone from the Buford location not even a week ago and it's having problems. Freezing, crashing, having to restart at least 3-4 times a day and this dude told me that there was nothing they could do about it. You either like it or you don't is what I was told. I guess I was just in complete shock because, who says that? Either way ill just go out of my way to another store the next time I have an issue with T-Mobile products. Horrible customer service. Had to call T-Mobile and tell them my issue and was finally told that I could get a new phone because this one was obviously a dud. I won't ever come back to this location. I mean, it's winder not sure why my expectations were so high.
